Who are we?

We are a consultancy firm which aims to work with organisations to help with the launch and design of new products or review of existing products. Launched in 2017, our initial focus was on the DC pensions market but we have since expanded our services to include structuring and building start-ups and providing set-up and project support. 

We understand that every organisation is different with complex structures. Sometimes an organisation already has well established teams capable of designing new products, sometimes external expertise is needed for part of the product design and sometimes full set up and launch of product needs to be outsourced with the aim of using internal expertise where possible to ensure day to day oversight and maintenance can continue post launch.

At the heart of all of this is that start-ups and many products in the DC pensions market do not come with pre-defined solutions. It's about working with teams across different business segments to find a solution. That's where we come in, we work with organisations and provide hands on experience of launching the product or start-ups depending on the structure of the organisation, be it full product set up and launch or expertise in a specific area.
